Hands down the best place to stay, Max and Robyn are always there to greet you on arrival, handing over a key to a quiet, very clean, comfortable unit, with great water pressure, a coffee machine, and comfy beds.

We have stayed in many , many motels & hotels around the world, but the Palazzo was the best. Excellent welcome, shown unit, which was immaculately clean & well kitted out. Bathroom accessories were high class.
 
When we wanted to stay another night, nothing was too much trouble, Robyn moved us to the Presidential suite as our one had been booked. Wow that was palatial.So comfortable.

I stay at the palazzo every month for work. It’s a fantastic place to stay super comfy beds, tidy rooms, great facilities, and a very short walk to town. I’ve stayed at a few places in Nelson over the past few years and I can honestly say there’s nowhere else I’d stay now.

The rooms are large and really beautifully appointed. Spotlessly clean. There was nothing that I found wanting in this accommodation. If we were staying in Nelson again, I would not even think about staying anywhere else.

Best place in Nelson by far. Excellent location, close to some great restaurants and bars great rooms and extremely convivial hosts. Good choice of rooms that are good value for money. This place is our go to when heading for Nelson

A perfect location in Nelson. The owner is professional, and the room was a heaven after a long day’s work, and I enjoy the spa bath very much. Very clean and excellent toiletries in the bathroom.

Will recommend the hotel to anyone.

Great location, apartment has everything you need.
 
Very comfortable stay. Nice luxury touches like Nespresso coffee machine, wool blanket, lovely local artwork on the walls. Comfy bed and apartment was very spacious. Appreciated the wireless charging port as I forgot my phone charger. Pack of ear plugs provided although it wasn’t noisy at all when I stayed. 5 minute walk to the CBD with restaurants, bars and the Cathedral. Welcoming, friendly host.
